RL Walker Transport, Inc. Requirements to add a Truck:
Completed application with 10 years work experience – contact our office for application or fill out inquiry below.
At least 2 of the last 3 years must have been actively driving
A copy of CDL, front and back
A copy of the med card
A copy of the full long form ( the phone number for the clinic is on the card)
A copy of the social security card and any work authorization documents
A copy of any certifications the driver has obtained (H2S, Respirator fit, PEC/Safeland, Rigpass, etc.)
H2S and Safeland can be obtained through RL Walker Transport, Inc.
